ARE YOUR BEDS MADE OF SOLID STEEL?

Q. Are you beds made of solid steel ?

A All our beds are made of heavy quality thick steel tubing. If we were to make our beds of solid steel bar, it would weigh over 150 Kgs and would be impossible to deliver and set up in your home.

Q. Are the castings on the bed solid?
A. Yes they are, they are made of metal which is melted at over 1600 Degrees and poured into casting box where it is ''combined' with the tubing to form and ever lasting bond.

Q. How do you apply the paint?
A When all the metal work is complete we apply the paint as a dry powder. This is the modern and environmentally way. After the process the beds are put in a modern gas oven where the paint is baked on at over 360 Degrees Fahrenheit for a least 40 minutes. This prevents the paint from chipping and or peeling.

Q. How are your beds packed?
A Each bed is packed in a heavy duty corrugated box to prevent damage in transport

Q. Do you give a guarantee with each bed?
A Yes we do please go to our Guarantee page for our terms.

Q. How much do you charge fro delivery?
A Our delivery company charge £50 for mainland Britain (70 Euro for anywhere in the 32 Counties of Ireland.). An extra charge for the Channel islands and Isle of Man will apply.

Q. Do you make your own beds?
A Yes we have our own factory and we control all the aspects of manufacturing. We do not sell to any third party and our beds are only available on our websites in Holland, Germany, Sweden. United States, Ireland and the UK.

Q. Do you beds come with a base?
A Yes all our beds are supplied with a sprung slatted base for extra comfort. This base is ideally suited for Pocket Sprung and Memory Foam Mattresses.
