We just opened the box and put up the bed today -- and it far exceeded our expectations in all respects. Not only is it beautiful, it is beautifully constructed and a breeze to assemble. The beds we looked at in the local chain stores did not even come close to matching the workmanship and finish of your bed -- and more often than not, they were more expensive, too.
