BED BASES

All our beds are supplied with a sprung, wooden slatted base.  4' 6", 5" and 6" sizes operate individually for each half of the bed to ensure maximum support and no movement disturbance between the two sides . We also use several more slats per base than other companies in order to minimize gaps and maximize the life of your mattress.

By design our bases are extremely easy to assemble and no matter how many times you take them apart and put them back together, their strength and sturdiness never deteriorates Our bases are ideal for all types of mattress including Memory Foam and  Pocket Sprung mattresses which require maximum support to prevent damage to their spring units.
